Packpacka - our own diffusion based photo colorizer
Together with my friend Artem we created a service to colorize black and white photos. It is a work in progress, and UI is, em, not in the best condition, but the model does a decent job.

We trained a diffusion model to colorize images. Although our resources are limited, we still managed to create a relatively fast training pipeline.
We also managed to find a way for a super fast inference (sampling) of the model, without significant loss in quality. So our model is fast.
In my humble opinion, it outperforms most of the models/solutions that you can find, especially the ones based on GANs (like in photoshop). We are also able to generate multiple variant of colorisation, which is a rare feature.
